I thought the interview with John DeBates on how he establishes his pricing...... for example, know all your costs to just open the doors to do business, labor hours by job over the course of months, years, to do specific machine work, efficiency of employees and equipment, utilities, etc. was very informative. It would be nice if we actually made a profit on our work rather than just trying to be the cheapest around. It's scary to think how many shops don't have a clue how much money they are making or losing or where they are making or losing it.......
