To bore it's about $17 bucks per cylinder. Cleaning the engine up (sticking it in the hot tank / jet washer is about 50 bucks to 100 bucks give or take what the shop's cleaning media is), usually though it's included with the boring / honing since that's the main objective. Most machinists use 2 sets of stones when honing, some use 3 on super high dollar builds but the third stone only really makes one pass to get the finer material so the first revolution of the engine doesn't wear it off instead. In order for a correct hone you need to have the pistons with for proper fitting and ring gap adjustment. The fitment is going to be around 15 bucks per cylinder.
Overall to do the job correctly you're looking at about 250 at your run of the mill engine shop.. Note that before anything is done the shop will most likely sonic check thickness to make sure there's enough material and use either magnaflux or some dye to ensure there are no cracks. This might run extra depending on the shop. High performance builds always cost more.
