I have an 06 3500 cummins 5.9 L and was wanting to know which way the rings go on. I know the top ring goes on top with the dot or( circle reference point) on the top. The 2nd ? ( intermediate ) ring has a dot or circle on it too, now does that dot go up ? If it does go up then the bevel is facing down , is this correct or should the bevel on the 2nd ring go up ??
