    Is the Chrysler 2.4l engine an interference engine?

    Belt snapped on this engine.

    Shall I dismantle or just replace the belt?

    Thanks for your concern.

    i already fixed it and it runs great.

    i also had to replaced the harmonic balancer because it has spun and was rubbing on the front cover.

    i appreciated your reply to my question.

    Hi Craig, that is nice to hear. I have similar problem too and I need to get a new harmonic balancer. Where did you get it and how much? Thanks
